Her mission is to provide a safe nurturing environment for all children so that they can develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. She also ensures that there is a sense of community within the classrooms and center.</span>
<p><!--block-->Felecia was born and raised in Springfield, MA. She joined the Air Force at the age of 18 straight out of High School, and went to college at the age of 24 in Arkansas. She taught two years of Kindergarten while also working in day care after school and during the summer. Felecia moved back to Massachusetts in 2012 and started working for The Kids Place. She switched over to KinderCare in 2014, and the rest has yet to be discovered.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Tiffany has spent the majority of her time in early childhood education working for KinderCare. She enjoys working with children because she became an aunt at an early age and fell in love with nurturing, guarding, and teaching children. She came from a large West Indian family where education and family are the two most important things. </p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Caroline is from Puerto Rico. She earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. During her first years she worked as an elementary public school teacher in Puerto Rico. In 2007 she moved to Springfield, MA and have been working in different day care settings. Currently she is working the Infant classroom here at KinderCare. She really enjoys the families, the children, and the staff members.</p>
<p><!--block-->Nadia has been working as a toddler teacher here at KinderCare since May of 2014. Before working here she was teaching at Bright Horizons in New York City. She received her associate's degree in May of 2010, from Borough of Manhattan Community College. She enjoys the work that she does with children because there is always something different taking place, from the way that they learn to the way that they grow. She loves watching children learn to be proud of the things that they accomplish as well as learning to be a help to each other.</p>
